It's Time . . .

OK, I feel that I have amassed all the knowledge and know how I need to complete this journey I've been on to get this damn six-pack. So, on this temporary blog, I'll journal my transformation. I'll give you guys my daily caloric intake and workout routine(s); however, I'm not going to give you the reps or weight of the KB that I'm using. I don't know, but I like keeping a written workout journal, and I'm way too lazy to transfer all that to the computer--sorry. It's just easier for me to tell you what my weekly routine(s) will be without being too detailed. OK, here are some bullets that will give you more information about my personal challenge:
  • I'll start my challenge on Monday, January 7th and end it on the 31st of March
  • I'm going to post pics and a video of my progress and thoughts at the beginning of the challenge, half-way through, and at the end.
  • For the 1st 6 weeks, I'm going to follow one style of training (e.g., rounds training, HFT, etc.) for the first 6 weeks and change to a different one for the last 6 weeks.
At the end of my challenge, I expect to be able to answer the all burning question about how much does the skin come back, and is my saggy skin mainly fat or loose skin? I've committed myself to being a serious calorie counter to achieve this goal, and blogging about it is one way that I feel will keep me accountable because I'm sick and tired of having only a four pack like this:

You don't hear ladies say, "Damn! He has a sexy FOUR pack!". Fellas, I have half-assed about counting my calories on a consistent and daily basis, but that's all in the past now because it's time I complete my search for that all elusive six, or even, eight-pack!
